    I have finally come to a conclusion, we are suffering of low Technology and are in need of a more advanced force. We need People capable of handling different weaponry then what we have in our armory. By this I mean we can't win against the S.T.A.R.S or other threats with just m4's and desert eagles for our soldiers. Our soldiers need more training in there weaponry and other Technologically advanced equipment.


    So here is the Current plan (Still awaiting approval from top Generals Derek/Snake): My UBCS team will move out searching and stealing from local Gun Stores and groups. There we should be able to find weaponry and Equipment we can train our soldiers with. Once we have enough weaponry to train with. All members of U.C over the rank of Private will be able to train with this weaponry. The reason I have not allowed people of ranks lower then Private is because this technology we are training them with is valuable, personally I believe they just aren't ready.

    I get you're point, it sounds like a good plan, and well yeah this would be helpful in order to train our Employees with much more than what they are used too, so Houlihan, you hear by have my Permission of Authorization on doing this plan. But I would also like to hear what Snake would have to say about this.
