Team Kill Punishment, Beer, Sniper, Radio, Bases on Top From buildings, Mines(Humans Only), Police Trucks and Cars Blocking the Road

Hello Guys.
I Think about this:

Team Kill Punishment:Hacks enter on the server constantly, and all make TK, i think an punishment for tk is good like: be Jailed for 5 minutes or if you do TK 3 times you is kicked.

Beer: Add One more item for your inventory, this is the beer or the Vine, you drink it, restore your hp, but you gonna keep drunk, for example: your screen gonna move in Different Directions, When you walk after drink it a lot you gonna walk like animation /drunk

Sniper: in the top from some Buildings, you can find a sniper.

Radio: in-game you dont have a radio, so you need to find one, you can find one at 24/7, ammu nation or U.C / S.T.A.R.S base.

Bases on Top from some Buildings: Up Some Buildings, you can find bases, they are not safe, Here have some tables, radios, computers... and here you can make contact with S.T.A.R.S or U.C by radio.

Mines: One human can make /placemine to place one mine on ground, so if someone touch on this mine, it explode and kill in the time, but you need to find it at 24/7 (Good for make Strategy and defend yourself)

*Idea taken from another Server*

Police Trucks and Cars Blocking the Road: in the roads, you can find Trucks and Cars from the Police blocking the Road. (It is good to be used with my idea "Killed Bots" those bots killed are cops, near the trucks and cars).

I like the radio idea, and maybe even add different frequency's. I saw the thing where you had to acquire a radio in another zombie server.

I like pretty much every thing But the tk park because if Stars and UC are fighting we get kick... And UC pretty much are made for to kill humans But i think they should try rping more then killing
( Not meaning to offend any one but I think the UC just DM's I know they do experiments but I never seen them actually roleplaying...)

lol Well, we do roleplay, just we do it when you ppl arn't around. Thats all

I think the UC should start role playing even when there are people in the server. Because if you don't its not fun for the other people that come into the server if you don't role play. Thats what I think. So start role playing even if there are people in the server.

Ye, problem is there arn't enough Active U.C members to get a good game going, and I'm away for awhile until I get a new Video card. Also you guys can RP with the Survivors, with Us they tend to just get in the way with our stuff. We try. But fail sometimes I tried to form another Truce with STARS but its being ignored sooo yeah.

Well, i was not just copying ideas from others servers, i just take from another server one idea : "Mine" idea
all others i created.

but if you say that those ideas have on another server, sorry, i just play this server.
