New Faction Red Tabs

hi i have idea for a new faction the name of this faction is Red Tabs [img][/img][img][/img]in the base [img][/img] Story:When Apocalypy is started the survivors from Raccon City make this faction this is not Rescue or faction who want to end the world Rules:1.Don't Let STARS and UC in the base
2.Memember of this faction can let human but in the base can't
3.You can give antidode and health but you can't let guy long time in the base
